Refund policy

The Free tier is not a trial that expires. It gives you two full sessions per rolling thirty days, with the complete report and deck at the end, and it never asks for a card. The best refund policy is not needing one, so please use it before you buy.

Cancel at any time and your subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not prorate a partial month by default.

If you cancel within fourteen days of your first payment and the product has not done what we said it would, email us and we will refund that payment in full. You do not need to justify it at length.

Patron is a one-time payment. It carries a thirty-day refund window from the date of purchase, in full, for any reason.

After thirty days it is not refundable, because the whole premise of the tier is that you fund the work early and receive whatever the workshop goes on to build. That only functions if the funding is committed.

If a session fails, produces an empty report, or is cut short by a fault on our side, it does not count against your allowance. If the system does not restore it automatically, tell us and we will.

We will not refund because you disagreed with a report’s conclusions. The reports are analysis, and reasonable analysis can be unwelcome. We will absolutely refund if the product failed to do the thing we described on this site.

Email hello@cogdroid.com from the address on the account. We aim to reply within two business days, and refunds return to the original payment method.
