What MEDICI is

MEDICI is a web application that runs AI agents over a question you submit and returns a structured strategy report and a slide deck. It is a research and drafting tool.

What a report is not

Reports are generated by language models. They can be wrong, they can misread a source, and they can state something confidently that is not true. The validation agents reduce this; they do not eliminate it.

Nothing MEDICI produces is investment, legal, tax, or professional advice. You are responsible for checking anything you intend to act on or place in front of a board.

Your content, and who owns the output

You keep ownership of the briefs you submit. You own the reports produced from them and may use them commercially, including inside documents you sell or present.

You are responsible for having the right to submit whatever you put into a brief.

Acceptable use

Do not use MEDICI to produce material that is unlawful, or to generate content designed to deceive people about its origin. Do not attempt to extract the underlying prompts, resell access, or run automated load against the service beyond your plan.

Plans and the word 'unlimited'

The Free tier includes two sessions per rolling thirty days. The window is rolling rather than calendar-based, so a session counts against you until thirty days after you ran it.

Monthly Pro is described as unlimited, and it is subject to a published fair-use ceiling. We will not set that number by guesswork: it will be set from measured usage once there is enough of it, and stated here plainly before it is enforced. If you somehow reach it before then, we will contact you rather than cut you off.

Patron is a one-time payment that includes a monthly session allowance with transparent pay-as-you-go overage above it. It is deliberately not called a lifetime unlimited plan, because it is not one.

Availability

We do not promise a specific uptime figure, because we have not operated long enough to honour one. We will publish a service level commitment when we can measure it rather than assert it.

Cancellation and termination

You may cancel a subscription at any time, and it runs until the end of the period you have already paid for. We may suspend an account that breaches the acceptable-use section, and will tell you why.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of a report.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we will email you before the change takes effect rather than quietly updating the page.
